We all have self sabotaging thoughts and beliefs. I always find it amazing how we can hold onto negative beliefs and how they negatively impact our lives without us being aware of them. Check the twisted thoughts out in this article and see if you find any of yours in it. If you identify you do have some of these, I invite you to change them so they fit the truth of who you are.
